McFarlane Toys Doing Cyberpunk 2077 Video Game Figures

The Cyberpunk 2077 video game is an open-world, action-adventure story set in Night City, a megalopolis obsessed with power, glamour and body modification. You play as V, a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality. The game is developed by CD Projekt Red who also created The Witcher series of games.

The game also will feature actor Keanu Reeves in it who will be playing the character Johnny Silverhand. McFarlane Toys will be doing 7" action figures of both Johhny and V which will be out in March. They also will be doing a 12" version of Johnny.

The game launches in April.

I guess we'll have to wait and see if they actually are action figures and not just statues with some cuts here and there. Also kinda interested in seeing other companies make figures from this property.

McFarlane Toys Cyberpunk 2077 Figures Official Images And Info

We first told you about these figures last week and now McFarlane Toys has released official images and information for their upcoming line of video game figures based on the new Cyberpunk 2077 video game which will feature actor Keanu Reeves.

Entering into the new year, McFarlane Toys announced today that it has begun a licensing agreement with CD PROJEKT RED to create action figures for Cyberpunk 2077! For the next 3 years, McFarlane Toys will be bringing fans the newest figures from the role-playing video game Cyberpunk 2077.

The first wave of the McFarlane Toys Cyberpunk 2077 range will feature two sizes of the Johnny Silverhand action figure, including a 7-inch and 12-inch version. It will also include a 7-inch (Male) V figure as well. The 7-inch figures will have 22 points of articulation and replicate the likeness of the character, for the price of $24.99. The 12-inch Johnny Silverhand has an MSRP of $39.99. All figures will be available to purchase at major retailers in Spring 2020!

Cyberpunk 2077 will be released April 16, 2020 for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4, with the version for Google Stadia set to launch the same year. The game has won more than 200 awards, including the Golden Joystick Award for Most Anticipated Game. Recently, Cyberpunk 2077 has also received media and fan attention for its star-studded soundtrack.

They look nice, might get Johnny. Only thing I'm a bit confused about is the rock-on hand, says it's a bonus, but in the pics I don't see any other interchangeable hand. Also, I'm curious as to why he doesn't come with any weapons.

As for V, I'll wait for the female version.

This makes me very curious to see if McFarlane will be doing The Witcher as well since its a CD Project Red game as well. Would be very interesting and with the popularity growing with the new netflix show it would make sense.

2077 Figures are ok.....I guess.

Cyberpunk 2077 looks to me, to be  "ShadowRun" without Dragons and Magic... IMO

A McFarlane Toy 8" Sprawl Runner would get my intention, for sure.....WizKids did a decent Job, on there Figs/Game Figs.

I  would like to see McFarlane Toys give it a shot. Especially if articulation is there goal...

Well there is also going to be a new Johnny Silverhand variant figure released as well. The figure will come with all-new accessories; a Malorian Gun and Duffle Bag with Atomic Bomb.
