The first official trailer has been released for the hotly anticipated DC female-led comic book movie "Birds of Prey (And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn)."

After splitting up with The Joker, Harley Quinn and three other female DC Comics characters -- Black Canary, Huntress and Renee Montoya -- come together to save the life of a little girl, Cassandra Cain, from an evil crime lord, the Black Mask.

Youre not the only one, I had thought that after shazam and now the joker movie and the buzz around james gunn's suicide squad the new batman movie finally dc movies were moving in the right direction but this trailer to me just seems like were back to the same usless plots and thowaway characters.
