BATTLE AT BIG ROCK is an all-new short film directed by Colin Trevorrow, written by Trevorrow and Emily Carmichael.

The short takes place one year after the events of the last Jurassic World film in Big Rock National Park, where dinosaurs are now living in our world. The story follows a family of four whose encounter with these wild animals becomes a terrifying fight for survival.

Starring:
André Holland
Natalie Martinez
Melody Hurd
Pierson Salvador

So the 8 year-old escaped the wrecked trailer, snuck past a super-predator, found the neighbors crossbow, armed it (nowhere near as easy as the movies make it look), snuck back, and squeezed off two precision shots crippling a battle frenzied dinosaur. Brilliant film-making.

If nothing else it makes me feel a little better about that scene in JP II (you guys know the one I'm talking about).
