I’m not sure about how I feel about the Gordon but that Ming looks pretty neat.  That said at that price neither will make it in my collection .

Flash's neck is stupid long and the likeness isn't quite there, but Ming looks absolutely fantastic!

I think the neck issue might actually be true on both, but since Flash’s neck is so bare it stands out more while Ming has all the collar and extra dressing to better hide that issue.

Agreed.  It covers it up so it’s fine.  Flash unfortunately, not so much
