She looks pretty mature here, but I usually think of Batgirl being in her early twenties or so. Nothing wrong with that, just not my preferred look. They decided to go with a more cartoon like look as well, I'd be interested to see this statue in person and really see the details that don't come across in a photo, but nobody I know collects statues and I'm sure Gamestop and my local LCS won't be selling this anyway. 
I've always thought it was strange to see her fight crime in heels!
