So I get the Storm Shadow v2 pattern on the shoe but is that suppose to be Zartan’s face on the bottom?

It WILL happen some day.  Maybe no today, maybe no tomorrow.  But some day.

Yeah I can't imagine it hasn't at least been discussed.  They know there would be a market for it.  The all in GI Joe collector would be all over it, and then people who aren't, but love good 6 inch figures would jump in too.  I'm guessing they might wait until a new movie gets off the ground.

noooooo!  HAHA.

I'm surprised they haven't done a black series/legends style line for GI Joe yet.  It would be huge.

I have wanted a legends style Joe line for years.  I know a lot of us do too, but for whatever reason they deny it to us.

They are.  A Hasbro rep said as much a couple yeas back at SDCC (in regards to the line in general) but ONLY once a new movie comes out.

That sounds great, but the problem is no one is in a hurry to make a new GI Joe movie.  Which is too bad seeing as how apparently new toys are 100% dependent on that happening.

"Hey, how about we do a larger scale Joe line that would cost at least twice per unit what the last mainstream retail line, that people didn't buy, cost."

"Well, yeah, the ONLY retailer that had any interest AT ALL in carrying the line during the last couple of years of its life is now dead and gone in this country, and Walmart makes no secret it's long-standing dislike of the franchise, but I have a good feeling about this."

"Why waist our efforts on perennial licenses like Star Wars, Transformers, Marvel, and Power Rangers? Who buys that stuff? This is G.I. Joe! They make shoes of it now!!!"
