Thanks to the shopping website Brickseek we have our first look at the long rumor Star Wars: Black Series Hyperreal line coming from Hasbro. Looks like these will be 8" figures that feature cloth like outfits and said to cost around $80. Look for more on this from our coverage of the Hasbro showroom at the New York Toy Fair which will begin tomorrow at 1:30PM ET. Thanks to the folks at Yakface for the heads up.

Interesting... And, I’m sure there’s probably a market for them, if they’re actually going ahead and making ‘em. But, especially on my crap budget, it’s a big time pass, for me.

Yeah, the scale is a headscratcher. But seeing the "skeleton" (which took me a minute to figure out just what the heck it was, looked like an incomplete K-2SO at first) really makes me disappointed that this isn't just 6" scale. The articulation looks great.

Black Series Hyperreal will be 8" and have no visible joints. Best ever deco than any figure they have done before. Vader is the first figure. Bespn Luke was teased for this line.

I have enough scales...and although I do have some MEGO/NECA stuff....I just don't think I want to dedicate that money to a new 8 inch star wars line.

Yeah same.  Curious to see how these do though.
