NECA Toys TMNT - "It's time to go back"

"It's time to go back"     A recreation of the scene from the original TMNT movie when the turtles are prepared to return to New York after intense training.

These are the 1/4 scale TMNT 1990 movie figures by NECA toys. I had to carry these on a duffel bag. 43868826972_ac15c04d44_z.thumb.jpg.6bcba268d11e7937a1ffe6c7761b2409.jpg

Man look at that sky, what a great photo. The turtles look amazing but that scenery really make them pop.

Thank you.

I appreciate everyone`s admiration but i want to tell everyone that this guy is someone who portrays himself as some kind of pioneer in that art of toy photography and wants a lot of easy fame by copying many toy photographers style from Instagram.

There have been a lot of accounts and photographers who have been working and making sincere work of toy photography from years ago but this guy just arrived last year and posted lots of pictures on a daily basis to make everyone think he had a lot of time on the instagram, besides that he even stole graphic ideas of corporal language and style in general. He took a lot in creative terms of many many accounts from instagram with amazing style  Like @knightwing2110 , @sirgio510, @orokukarai , @poacherscorner.wav (he indeed took so much of this last one, i dont know why till we all noticed around) just to name a few.

I am very glad to see this new section but i hope they post and give real exposure to the people who has been living this passion since years ago, with originality, not by just stealing ideas and feeling good because it is a trend.

Thanks for the heads up man, I hate it when people do that.

Excuse me?  Explain how my toy photography is copying others? Explain what is wrong with shooting photos of action figures but somehow it automatically means I am copying? And me "Arriving last year?" No, genius. It means that my page is growing. That's all. And by you stating that I arrived late year, no. I have some old photos in my Flickr account before Instagram was big. What is your beef? You're just being envious or you just do not like me. I just do toy photography because i enjoy it. I always loved toys since I was a kid. Are you Poacherscorner in disguise? So you still have a grudge with me because you're envious. So much that you made an account to spread your lies about me. You're pathetic. Who tried to slander me before accusing me of copying? Why is it that when I post my work, someone out there like you is just a hater ad accuses me of BS? And here we go, trying to slander me and then people buys your BS and somehow I'm the bad guy?  I am here to post photos and avoid drama but with your ridiculous post, I have to defend myself.

Read my post. It's completely false. I hope you'll understand and not be quick to believe the wrong side.

I have to be honest, technically this is from a scene of a movie so the original idea of the image is from there. Unless someone has literally just taken your work and reposted it as their own, I don't see how this is stealing. If you or any of those you mention above are interested in having their work featured on TNI as well please feel free to reach out to me through email or PM, but this photo and others I've seen from Rakanishu seem to involve a fair amount of work and effort to make happen and whether they have been doing it for a short or long period of time seems irrelevant to me. This section isn't about Toy Photographers competing against one another for some kind of so called fame, its simply a way to share cool pics of action figures, something hopefully we all love.

Rakanishu, To you I would say if you get an idea of picture from another photographer's work I dont think it would hurt if you give them credit with a tag or such but again using the word stole unless someone is literally taking ones work and re-posting it as their own, I just don't see it, sorry.

In my mind this is a art form, meaning ideas grow from seeing others work. Unless you actual take another’s photo and call it your own it’s not stealing. There can be many interpretations of one scene amongst many pple. With that in mind, continue to do good work and grow in your craft. This should be a  hobby to feel free to learn from others and adopt skills to make your own. I hope you continue to post and have fun.
