WWE Mattel Elite 62 Dude Love

Oww lord have mercy! Dude Love is back with Mattel's WWE Elite 62 action figure! We finally get this amazing character in figure form after patiently waiting several years.

The wait was well worth it! Mattel nailed the face scan. His goofy yet menacing facial attributes were captured perfectly, complete with missing teeth.

The Elite line comes with certain extras that the basic WWE lines do not. Added articulation in the elbows, torso, head, shoulders, knees, ankles, wrists, and waist.  

More expansive paint deco, accessories, a plastic stand, and on a rare occasion we will get soft goods which sometimes include fabric robes and fabric shirts to complete the look of your favorite WWE Superstar! With this particular figure you get the

trademark removable Dude Love sunglasses, and removable bandana.

This will also come with a plastic stand that is a nice touch, but sometimes is unnecessary as I usually toss them in bins. I really dig the deep blue on the tights and his Dude Love logos on each side of his legs.

The back of his shirt sports his signature catchphrase and an added touch was the old school WWF logo.

A nice touch by Mattel was the added "Love" and heart tattoo design on his shoulder.  

While the action figure has some awesome and unique attributes, it does come with a major flaw.

As noted on the Major Wrestling Figure podcast with WWE Superstars Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins the shirt was supposed to be his usual tie dye design.

But came with this tribal design instead. This is still a fantastic action figure nonetheless and should certainly be picked up to complete your classic collection! I would rate this a solid 7.5 out of 10.
