And, you’ve actually seen the show?

See the trailer, man. Is more than enough. Like I have said a thousand of times. They killed the character.

I know man, they don't even have proper articulation. This is the kind you find on a LEGO MINIFIGURE! You just don't use that kinda movement on a figure, YOU JUST DON'T! I have a migraine.

Bottom line, tis is a kid's show that resonates absolutely nothing with the classic. Has the name, the name of the chatterers are the same and that is all.

I have to say, my reaction to and thoughts about the trailer are wholly different to yours... I like it very much, and am reminded of the classic Teen Titans animated series, in its style, humor and more dramatic elements. And, I’m actually legitimately excited to check it out.

I like Titans the original cartoon. Is awesome I'm with you, but this new She-Ra "betrays" everything that I remember from the original thing.  They changed almost every key element, from the way that some character looks to the story.

Well, of course it’s going to ‘betray’ your memory, because your memory is of the classic show, not this one... This one, no matter how bad you think it looks, to you, based merely on the teasers and trailors, is still very much doing and going to be its own thing. A brand new thing, I think, more so in the vein of the ThunderCats reboot series and less like ThunderCats Roar, or whatever. The animation being a mesh of the aforementioned Teen Titans, with a little Steven Universe, or whatever it’s called, thrown in. I can’t help but want to wait to view the finished product before crying havoc and Chicken Little-ing the whole thing.

I understand your point, but still, I pass.

Just imagine if those were set with modern articulation. They'd b a moderate hit & would probably grow into something big i.e. Nick TMNTs

That's the big problem with Super-7. They were never set up to do a fully realized mainstream line. Sure, they're doing fine selling a nostalgia driven line to adult collectors, but a 'toon driven children's line? They're out of their depth.

That is in line with what I said. They should stay doing what they do that is making the classic figures. Leave the toys to mattel.

What they really should do is making they product more available.

I'm not impressed with I have seen this series so far but I also haven't seen anything that makes me condemn it either. I don't think the figures look that bad they actually seem more in line with a lot of modern toys. Considering that from what I have seen so far from Mattel and Super 7 concerning MOTU seems so uncertain, it's nice to see something concrete regardless of the style they went with.

As of now, my only expectations for this series are that: it be a kids show for KIDS, not R rated Batman cartoons for sickos to perv to, not counter culture propaganda, and not poorly rendered flash cartoons used as a platform for over-aged wanna-be Frat-Boys to exhibit they're "edgy" brand of puerile humor.

Basically, something I can watch with my niece.

If they can give me that, I'll be happy.

I'm hoping intrest in this new version will bring intrest in the older style. Not a big fan of the boyish looking She-ra. I remember She-ra being strong and beautiful. With a face that sorta reminded me of Michelle Pheiffer. I'm hoping the stories are good at least.
