According to Deadline, Narcos actor Brett Cullen will play the role of Thomas Wayne in Todd Phillip’s The Joker.  Cullen is taking on the role after Alec Baldwin passed because of scheduling conflicts.

Cullen's career has included a few comic-book related projects in which he played Barton Blaze, father of Nicolas Cage’s Johnny Blaze in the 2007 feature adaptation of Marvel’s Ghost Rider and as a congressman in Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight Rises. In 1981 Cullen also starred as Joe Dumming in an episode of CBS’ The Incredible Hulk.

I recognize the face, for sure... I can only hope that this movie surpasses my expectations. Which are very low, at the moment.

I really hope that this movie is good, I really do.

Same... My fingers are well and truly crossed that it blows my expectations out of the water.
