New Horror Savage World Figures From Funko

Welcome to your worst nightmares. Everyone’s favorite Horror Villains – Freddy Krueger from ‘Nightmare on Elm Street’, Jason Voorhees from ‘Friday the 13th’, Leatherface from 'The Texas Chainsaw Massacre', Michael Myers from 'Halloween' and Pinnhead from 'Hellraiser' - are ready to haunt your dreams and chase you down. Freddy, Jason, Leatherface, Michael Myers, and Hellriaser are heavily armed and entirely fitting additions to the Funko Savage World line.

These figures will stand around 5" and are being done in the same retro classic style as Masters of the Universe vintage figures were done in. Look for these to be released in September. You can pre-order these now at BigBadToyStore.com.

Would it have really been that much harder to do these characters in the Legacy line?

I would say yes, mainly cause it would then likely put them in direct conflict with NECA's license.

Well Neca and Mattel seem to get along well enough despite all those Batman figures Neca did.

But fine, no monsters, just bring back the Legacy line. No Dorbz, Pops, Poops, Goobs, Gacks or whatever those Rockcandy things are supposed to be.

No in fact NECA and Mattel dont get along hence why those Alien vs Batman and Superman figures have yet to be released.

THE POINT BEING... every five minutes it seems Funko is rolling out a new type of figure (most of them being CRAP), instead of perfecting the only two scales they did that were actually worth the effort.
