In today's SYFY panel for KRYPTON, it was revealed that the DC character Lobo will join the series when it returns for season two in 2019.  Casting has yet to be announced for the villain in season two of the Syfy drama.

From the peaceful planet of Czarnia, Lobo was born a devil in the midst of utopia. Loosely translated from his native language, his name means "he who devours your entrails and thoroughly enjoys it." As a teenager, he single-handedly slaughtered his entire civilization, becoming the last of his race. Now, this mercenary roams the universe on his motorcycle, getting paid for what he loves most - murder and mayhem."

OH HELL YES... I missed this bit of news. But, Krypton has been pretty fantastic, IMHO. And adding Lobo to the mix should be mad fun. I too, as mentioned in the above comment, hope they’ll present him with a similar overall style to the comics. But, they’ll need a buff, badass looking dude to pull that off.

I still haven't got time to watch the show. Hope that is better than some of other Superman related properties that we have around. Now I am even more excited to watch it!

I'm not a big fan of the CW DC shows like Gotham or Krypton where they got 2 of the biggest superheroes and  have their show take place years before they are superheroes. It just bothers me that we'll never see Bat-Man and Super-Man team with Arrow,Flash, Super-Girl, and LOT in these shows. Super-Man from season 2 of Super-Girl doesn't really count.

I'm not too interested in this show because it's just like Gotham. It has nothing to do with Super-Man himself and just his Grandpa. Gotham has nothing to do with Bat-Man himself either.

I heard people saying this is a good show and even a coworker who is a big Superman fan tell he has enjoyed it a lot so far. I'm not a fan of prequels shows going back to the father, grandfather or whatever of the character its based on. Another thing that bothered me was that I always saw Krypton as a technologically advanced planet and in the trailers it mostly looked like modern New York.

He thoroughly enjoys it, HA what a corny meaning.
