Here's my small 40th BS collection. I have some boxed figures too, but they aren't displayed. I only have the Rebels characters, I'm a budget collector, so I really only collect the ones I find cheap or can trade for (hence why I only have a handful of the 40th, actually, I have a Leia, but she fell and bubble cracked and I have an R5, but ran out of hooks).

I have to put up a bookshelf in the office soon, so when I do, I'll probably put up the Rebels, oh, I also have a handful of custom figures, but those are just oddballs that have no rhyme or reason.

Until recently, I had convinced myself I didn't need to start another scale; the latest version of Darth Vader changed my mind. I checked out some online reviews, and when I ran across one, I was hooked, lol. I went back and got the'OT C-3PO, and thanks to some sales,  the rest is history.

Got the Target Bespin Leia, now, just waiting on Bespin Han, Hoth Leia (anybody know the ETA on her?), Archive Boba Fett, and a few others...   

 

 

Side comments, I also picked up BS Maz Kanata, Resistance/Island Journey Rey, and Target exc. Ahch-To Luke.

1; while the cloak is a nice addition for Rey, I really wish she came w/ her satchel as well.

2. looking at Maz's trunk,  I wonder if anybody considered making it Obi-Wan's trunk from ANH? I didn't see anything in The Visual Guide, so, I'm guessing not, but, could that have been a cool potential easter egg, or would it have been too much?

3.After wrestling with 7 figs to get the to stand, (which fell like dominoes 2-3 times,)I couldn't deal w/ Luke cloak, so I tossed it in a box until later, doesn't look  too bad w/out it, imo, just need to find those tips for tying it again.

4. Man, I really could use some Black Series figure stands , lol

5. Again, I think army builders (Stormtroopers, clonetroopers, etc...) should be sporatically rereleased (unless they pegwarm, of course :).

My collection is fairly small, but I have most of the characters I have wanted. Also, the R2-D2 is a bandai model kit, not Black Series.

Edit: no idea why the photo is uploading upside down, uploaded it from my iphone… I can’t seem to get it to load properly even when I flip it in my photo album on my phone. I guess if it shows up this way on a computer you’ll have to flip your monitor over. Apologies folks…
