TNI - Have You Checked Us Out Lately

You may or may not have noticed we have been making a number of upgrades and changes to the website over the course of the past month or so. Our goal has been to modernize the site a bit and more importantly make it more user friendly to those who do most of their web surfing on smaller screen mobile devices.

Beyond just the cosmetic changes you might have noticed we have also taken steps to try and speed things like load times and make the viewing of our image galleries easier.

We have also upgraded our MESSAGE BOARD and tried to integrate them more with the rest of the site. If you scroll down to the bottom of a news story you will notice a new feature that allows you to make comments on a story (assuming you are a registered member of TNI which just takes moments to do) so you can share your own thoughts about things going on in the hobby.

We have also taken steps to modernize our MESSAGE BOARDS so they are easier to use. We realize you have a lot of choices out their with all the social media options available today for people to form communities and start discussions, but we hope to build, or maybe more appropriately rebuild the ultimate action figure collecting community made by collectors, run by collectors for collectors. If you are a previous TNI forum member who hasn't checked us out in a while or brand new to the site we hope you give them a try.

We plan on continuing to make upgrades and improvements to the site over the next few months and of course any constructive feedback from you the readers is always welcome as we go a long. Toy News International has been around in some shape or form for almost 20 years now, and I just want to say THANK YOU to you all for your continued support and patronage.

As a great enthusiast of action figures it''s always very good to always have a place to get to know the news and everything else. We all have Facebook and everything is much easier today, however to have a website that has all condensed and with easy access makes everything much better. So, I don't have to keep looking on your timeline if I missed on something.

Thanks. trying to create a popular action figure message board has never been easy, even before social media was a thing people tended to gravitate more towards theme specific message boards. I guess there aren't as many people as you would think that collect I wide variety of different action figures. Or at least interested enough in wanting to talk about them.

It's looking good Jay!  Clean and tidy. There for a long time the boards, to me anyway, seemed to really be stretched thin where anything you could imagine had a sub-forum. I prefer all things Marvel in one individual forum, same with Star Wars, DC, etc..

All I collect these days are comics, wrestling figures and I kind of got bit by a Transformers bug recently and have picked up a few of the new Dinobots and some Legends class figures.

I have had a little free time lately so maybe I'll pop in here and there and see what's up.
