After watching Pixel Dan's review, this figure seems much cooler than I thought. The differences in color over the first Hordak (black highlights instead of silver, metallic silver belt and bright red cape) are all really nice touches to make him stand apart. I'm not sure about the loincloth (I think I prefer the longer 200X style for Hordak), but I'm glad it's different.

 

The only complaint I have is the head. Why did they not go with a washed-out white on the head to match the other brighter paint apps? They got the crossbow right, so why not make the head match the crossbow? If we wanted a regular Hordak head on him, most of us have two or three we could have put on there. A bright white head is a different story, though, as Filmation Hordak is the only one with it and it's completely white with blue on it. :/
