Hasbro did not make a Ultimate scarlet,so I custom made one with custom weapons and new hair sculpt, but did not touch the ponytail just worked around it. I used the same scarlet figure from retaliation just a repaint and new custom accessories. I used plastic fodder parts to make the back pack and sculpted the small eagle using apoxie sculpt. Acrylic model master paint was applied. Small hand bow are from fodder pieces sanded and glued. The heavy bow is from storm shadow rope line I believe, modded and changed into a bigger bow weapon. Belt and other small accessories from fodder bin.
