Will Hasbro stop making 3/4 G.I Joe figures

Well many want the 6 inch G.I Joes figures but what is going to happen to 3/4 figures of G.I Joe. For the most part not everybody doesn't liked or 6 inch figures, and Hasbro know that. If they did stop doing that when I'm done with Hasbro. Already they killed most of there 3/4 figures from Star Wars, Marvel with the 5 POA. IM3 line failed because of it. I know Hasbro will make tough choice that not everybody is not going to liked but that doesn't mean nobody isn't going to buy them.

We won't get 6 inch G.I. Joe figures until the next movie at the very earliest, and possibly not even then. G.I. Joe hasn't sold well enough in its' current format to go introducing a second one.

While some people want 6" Joes, I think you'd lose a lot of the existing collector base in the long run. They'd buy a few favorites, but I don't think the line would have staying power. Star Wars is not G.I Joe.

I think we'll still get 3 3/4" figures for the forseeable future, but I think your fears of 5 POA figures may be very well-founded in the long run.

I wish we could actually get some Joes (not the 1st wave) in our box stores.....my closest TRU's have had the same wave 1 Stormys & Pantsuit Dukes for the last 4 months.......lines not dead yet but definitely an afterthought for Hasblow......but if you need some Star Wars or TF's figs they're everywhere.....just like the dead people I see evereeeewhere.....

I think those who scream for 6" Joes are a very vocal minority. You have to realize most collector's don't even hit forums anymore. It's adult collector's of super heroes that love that scale.

Now will they ultimately stop making 3 3/4 " figures? Well they kinda have as the new ones are 4" but I know what you meant. One day, yeah probably. I'd say Joes best chances are that it could end up being imaginext scale and much more kid friendly, unless Hasbro really gets their act together.

Or they'll start only focusing on Kre-o. :P

I wonder how THOSE are selling

they're on sale on TRU.com today, they seem to be shelf-warming here in Phx area so I'm hoping to see them at Ross or TJ Maxx in a few months.....those stores were swimming in "Battleship" & "Transformers" Kre-Os for awhile a few months back, from time to time I still see those sets at TJ's.....
