Man of Steel Movie Masters Superman Figure Video Review & Images

you know, he's got a good point when he makes the comparison of figure promo pictures and pictures of Big Macs at McDonald's...

I don't know if I agree with him saying the final product is better than the promo picture, but still. Put me down for one of these definitely. I can't wait to get him next to MM Batman. And since I like mixing up my movie heroes, next to movie Avengers and movie Spidey as well!

That's a matter of opinion and a poor comparison.

eh, two robotic performances...secondary characters...comic relief...Mel Blanc was a bit more lively...but the other one had breasts...hmmm...

Anyway...back to the DC forum. Ive still gotta wait for the movie before I say yes to these figures. At least TDKR figures had batsignal pieces for the go-ahead

I'm gonna at least want the Superman regardless of whether the movie is good or not. Like with Green Lantern, building a movie Justice League would be a fun (all be it slow) process. Had I been more excited about the GL movie I'd have picked up more figures than just Hal.

Honestly the Zod is looking a bit on the boring side. I'm probably going to pass unless he blows me way in the movie. If they'd have done that armored look in toy form I'd be more for it.

But I guess I'll take this time to say that at least the Kryptonian military uniforms in MOS looks DIFFERENT than an Earth military. It was really annoying in Smallville and more recent Superman comics to see so many Earth-like elements in uniforms of a species that are supposed to be from a distant, alien world. Berets an high boots? What a coincidence! We have those too!

He still needs the red undies i'm sorry..

Nah, he doesn't. Starting to get used to the undies being gone. Movie costume looks better than New 52, IMO. Looks more alien than armor.

Well its hard for my 46 years of seeing him with one costume tochange to something like this

I still think he needed the red undies to look right he right now looks like he forgot them and said to hell with it

That may be the ONLY way we get a movie Justice League. @hmmm@

Indeed.

I expect nothing more than a 3 man team in my collection for the forseeable future. Not quite enough to take down the Avengers

Lack of an ab crunch and proper neck acticulation is disappointing, makes for a static action figure :-S

I agree, Superman should be able to look up.

What surprised me even more though was the phrase "dreaded ankle articulation" the reviewer used in the Zod video, never did I expect to hear that. Maybe the guy should not be wasting his time and money with action figures and just stick to statues which usually have a crazy amount of detail and are for the most part 100% accurate to source material, but to each his own :)
