so today I decide to stop in at TRU in colonial heights, va while on lunch from school and I see a lone archangel, so of course I scooped it up. Went to the register to check out and he rang up for 29.99.....I was like all nah y'all done up and done it, quickly ran back to the aisle and grabbed the much more reasonable priced 19.99 peg tag and how him change the price, so is this happening anywhere else? I don't like 20 but i'm out at 30 smdh.

It looks like someone screwed up putting them in the system. That $29.99 price is for the MU 3-packs. Which is what the new MLs are ringing up as. I checked the price with one of the scanners on Protector Sunday & it said MU pack or something instead of Marvel Legends. So someone blew it. Badly.

WHAT? I went to TRU last week. Mu 3-packs were 19.99 , ML figures were 18.99 or something I think.

Yeah, the 3-packs have officially been bumped up to $29.99. Can't be seen as being cheaper than Wal-Mart (they're $25 or $26 there). The MLs have been $19.99 at TRU for awhile now. Seeing as the Hit Monkey wave is scanning improperly & the Terrax/Zola figures are still showing $19.99 I'm going to stick with my "someone frakked up" theory.

BTW, I did find a lone Hyperion at Wal-Mart on Sunday.

What happened to TRU price matching? I thought they had a new policy where you could say hey Traget carries these for $14.99 and they matched to $14.99. Was that only around the holidays? TRU is going to put themselves out of business with insane pricing. Additionally, TRU in my area has had worse selection than Target. Walmarts around me have nothing but Iron Man Legends drowning the shelves no other Legends.
