More of a sighting post than a haul. I spotted the Autobot Disks at Walamrt yesterday. They had both Rewind/Ramhorn and Eject/Sunder. Another Walamrt have the newer wave had the Deluxe Beast Hunters(Smokescreen, Ripclaw and Bulkhead). I passed on them.

I have been looking for them I will try my stores again in a few days

I grabbed all of the Microchanger combiners during TRU's BOGO as well as the Warpath, Inferno, Springer and Slingshot blind bags.

A local buddy of mine found, and picked up my wants from BH deluxe wave two: Smokescreen, Bulkhead and Razorclaw. Smokescreen is a bit fiddily, but has a good transformation. Roadbuster Bulkhead is alright, not bad but I'm not liking it as much as I thought I would. Ripclaw though is actually pretty awesome. I decided to get her on a whim after reading some good things from others who already had her. Transformation has enough variety to it to help me get past the "stand up" conversion.

Also got in Arms Micron Final Battle Megatron and Jet Vehicon General. Megatron is quite awesome, MUCH nicer in person than I was anticipating. Paint work is very nice and its definitely the best looking version of the the voyager Megatron mold. The Jet General is not quite as nice looking deco wise, but has the benefit of being a great mold so I still think it's a good pick up.

Yesterday though... I got in Planet X's Geneis and Xovergen's Masterarmor. Wooooooow. Genesis is nice. He is a dead ringer for WfC Omega Supreme. Top notch detailing and the light gimmick is really cool. Unfortunately the shoulder ratchets cannot hold an arm straight out type pose, but that may have been too much to ask for considering the weight of the arms. It's an AWESOME peice and incredibly imposing. The Masterarmor is a significant improvement over Xovergen's last effot, the Grand Patriot. Plastic quality is not quite up to par with companies like Fans Project or Planet X but does not feel cheap. While I think they did a better job overall, the Masterarmor still suffers from ideas that are not fully developed. Some pegs are just too long so the trademark shoulder cannons of Powermaster Optimus Prime stick out way too much. It's a nice piece, but probably not worth the asking price unfortunately.

As a colors, TG-11 UM look fabulous. I just got a chance to open him today, the hip joint is kind of loose compare to my Hasbro version. Also, I got a hair line paint scratched which started from the top of his and end just before the forehead, bummer.

The Takara version looks way better...

Takara is always better

Most of the time I would agree, but I think this wave is mosly *inferior* to the Hasbro versions. The paint apps are nice sure, but the blue on Takara's Magnus is too light for my tastes; I prefer the darker hue of the Hasbro one. Takara's Kickback is a mess, and Starscream doesn't work for me as well. Sideswipe comes off better, but I really miss the white limb peices from it's Hasbro counterpart. Air Raid is so different that he gets a pass, and I even picked him up this week.

YotS Omega Supreme also joined my Omega party.

The joints on my Takara Air Raid are much looser than the Hasbro one as well. Hmmmm..
