Wooooo! The only thing I haven't already ordered is the Battle Platform. I got them buy one get one 50% off when they first showed up on their site in January but that one wasn't available. I saw it yesterday but I've already ordered all the other sets so unless my store gets the blind packs I won't be able to take advantage of this sale.

Im still not sold on these. I do like legos but the kreo transformers were crap. I might buy a cheap set if I ever see them in stores to give it a try.

I don't want any of the playsets.. but I did want to grab a couple of the single packs just for kicks. However, at both TRUs I went to they were sold out

I saw these the last time I was in TRU and I was a little bit disappointed in how they looked - that said, I may go for a couple of sets with this deal.

 

I was thinking of getting the set with the VAMP and the Cobra mech, and maybe the boat. Anyone have any comments on these sets, are they any good? I'm not expecting Lego quality (I have a couple of the Transformers Kre-O sets) but I like some of what they're doing. Any build problems - like Wild Bill not being able to fit under the Dragonfly's canopy while wearing his helmet - I should be able to fix with extra Lego.

 

Are any of the blind bag minifigures exceptionally good?

yeah, they are only in TRU stores.. have been there for a couple weeks. I have seen a bunch of the sets, but the little figures are always sold out

Yeah, they were on an end cap in one of my TRUs. I got myself Joe Colton and an Alley Viper and my son Jinx and Kamakura from the blind packs(when they first hit). I should take them back and rebuy them on sale, but that just seems cheap, lol. I actually love the Kre-O bodies... ton more than the blocky Lego mini figures. I like how they have roundness to them.
