I haven't got my Han from BBTS yet, I guess I should ship my pile soon, lol. When I get him though, I'm going with the regular ol' Han look. Reg Belt and reg hands. If they ever make a Falcon chair, gunner chair or cockpit diorama or something like that, then I'll give him the gloves, but to me, they're useless right now.

I should have grabbed another one when BBTS had him for less than $10...

Picked up Obi Wan last night for free at TRU. Had a $25 shopkick gift card and 20% tru coupon. I ended up paying $15.99 too since they were on sale before the coupon. Much nicer fig this way!! @loll@

well I don't want to deny Fett to anyone but I would rather get some Stormtroopers for that spot I refuse to pay the $45 + that online "sellers" are asking for em'....seems like amazon is swimming in them at the moment but I'll wait it out....if I get him at retail price fine if not I'm okay w/that too....just wish HTS would get more than 30 in stock when they decide to sell them....

If you ask me, they should do both, There's 4 to a case right? Luke or Obi-Wan would be the carry-over figure... So why not Carry-over the Stormtrooper, have Boba replace Chewie and then the Clone and Anakin filling up the rest of the case??? Why do they have small case assortments? Seems silly to me, especially when everything else has 12 figs to the case. At least hit us up with 6 figs so as soon as a case hits the floor, it's not gone as soon as someone walks in.

Don't ask that question. I'm still trying to get over Mattel telling us that superhero figures won't sell at retail. I couldn't take another convoluted toy company response that half the people will end up suspecting is BS anyway.

I found me an Obi-Wan earlier this evening...I can't believe the difference between the actual figure and all of the online pics I've seen. None of them do this figure real justice. It looks so much more detailed in person. It's just fantastic...so much better than I was expecting. It really makes me look forward to that Episode III Anakin even moreso than I already was.

  • 2 weeks later...

I just saw a preorder listing on bbts for wave 4 and now it has a Boba Fett and a stormtrooper in the case along with a clone trooper and rots Anakin. It looks like Hasbro finally figured out to rerelease Boba fett and add more stormtroopers. Sounds like a good case. Only problem is this case will not ship til july but it is possible that since more walmarts will start carrying these in August it is possible they might get this wave. Maybe Hasbro is starting to realize they need to rethink their case assortments.

Finally... they get something right, lol.

But only because Dancing Chewie got rejected. I'm sure if they didn't have to delay the wave to replace him they would have gone with the original plan to carry forward Obi-Wan. Their inability to plan ahead (for tall figures to be able to fit in the packaging) may have ended up saving the line from a massive pegwarmer.

Oh I know.. see my comment a few posts above, I'm just saying, with the pushing back Chewie incident... we were throwing around ideas on who they would put in his place... and that's what my "finally they get something right" comment was about. I'm really surprised they didn't put R2 or Greedo in the wave instead.

I wonder if Hasbro people are scouring these boards and other sw boards and finally listening to us.

See, that's why I can't get Bespin Luke, despite me really wanting one and it being my fave version of Luke....

I hate his head.

The prototype has such a gorgeous head and they changed it to THAT thing.

Massive improvement to swap on the Pilot Luke's head.

But I aint gonna buy 2 toys to get one good one.

Just a heads up...Amazon has Stormtroopers up for preorder for $22.99 with prime shipping. They'll be in stock on May 5th, I believe it said.
