Lurking through the corridors of the Black Mesa research facility comes the terrifying Headcrab Zombie straight out of Half Life 2! This custom Headcrab Zombie was made from a NECA 'Exploding Peter' Heroes upper body, Marvel legends Draxx lower body, ML Lady Deathstrike hands, and a NECA Headcrab accessory that came with the Gordon Freeman figure. The inside chest was hollowed out, rib-teeth added, and strands of guts and gooey things dripping out. Then the whole figure was hand painted and bloodied up something fierce. Removing the Headcrab from the host reveals the half-eaten head! Now this is one zombie that's not going down without a fight.
