I would put Megatron's "death" when he fought Predaking in the Marvel run on with an asterisk.

Oh yeah...I have that issue, and I remember Megatron getting his arse kicked pretty bad by the Predacons. I need to read that comic again, it has been awhile.

 

Fun list to read...the only death from this list that I remember from the Marvel Comics was that of Scrounge in the 'Smelting Pool'.

My only complaint is that Ironhide and the space shuttle crew wasn't higher on the list. That scene was traumatic.
