WTF Walmart?

Recommended Posts

I was so happy to see that Walmart reset the toy dept today.I first noticed the action figure aisle was now a barbie aisle and so I found the new action figure aisle.Too my surprise the sp calle action figure aisle is no longer that...

There was only 20 ft of action figures left.No room for Transformers Deluxes no room for anything but small crap.

The only bright part was the new TMNT figures but they only had the pegs up and no stock.I'm not saying all Walmarts are like this but a few years ago before this Walmart remodeled the Action figure aisle was enormous. After the remodle it was downsized to half of what it was and now...It is half of that

Possibly by the next reset action figures in my store may go the way of the do do bird :(

The video game section in my store is in back of the store and the toys here are nearer to the seasonal dept. After the action figures most of that aisle is Lego :(

I havent really gotten action figures from my Walmarts since ML died years ago. Yeah I started picking up Star Wars figures at the beginning of the year, but they havent had any new figures since then. My walmarts shrunk their figure section to just one side of an isle a few months back, I mainly go to TRU for figures now and occasionally Target.

Well I went back in today and I noticed that the Fall of Cybertron figures were put up but not in the little Transformers area but the Batman area and they were crammed in.They have alot of smaller crap up and things like light sabers and such taking up space where they could put up figures

I can't wait to see what the other Walmart looks like thats about a 15 minute drive from here because they have a way bigger action figure section
