Can someone ID this Batman figure for me?

It says "Kenner Batman 2" but that's not helping me in my search...

I know for sure that the body sculpt of the figure is from the 1997 Hasbro/Kenner Batman And Robin Movie line. As for the exact figure, I don't know. I did try the figure guide at Batman: Yesterday, Today, And Beyond website to try and find out the exact figure it is, but I didn't see any with a deco like this.

 

It's possible that this figure could be a custom figure as the head sculpt doesn't look like any of the Batman headsculpts from the Batman And Robin line, along with a custom deco. Of course, can't say for sure. Sorry if I wasn't much help.

I decided that this MAY be a Knock Off. However, that is not the truth as far as I'm concerned, just what I think.

Well...this right here is what I'm going for.

 

 

This is a custom Val Kilmer Batman figure and the guy that made it writes that he used the body (the one I'm trying to ID) from a KB Toys exclusive heat scan Batman from the JLA line. I've tried googling every combination of those key words and came up with nothing. I thought maybe he named something wrong in the description...maybe? It's a tough one...

There was also a exclusive Kodak Batman that used that body with was all black. If I'm remembering right the "Heat Scan" Batman had red or orange body. if that helps.

Its from the JLA toy line the one that used the total justice bodies, its the series two Dark Knight batman
