Marvel legends Hawkeye!?

I was looking at Dave Cortez' (one of the Marvel Legends sculptors) sculpting site, and stumbled upon prototype pictures of an Ultimate Hawkeye figure under his sculpt of the Week! section. Because the figure has double jointed elbows, an ab crunch, and missing thigh articulation, it looks like an upcoming ML figure. What do you guys think?

EDIT: I just read a 2011 Fwoosh article where it said that a Marvel Legends Bucky Capt and an Ultimate Hawkeye will be in wave 1. Even though that info is outdated (Bucky Capt was pushed to wave 2 and Ultimate Hawkeye is no longer in wave 1,) I assume that this the Ult. Hawkeye that was talked about.

Damn that would be a awesome figure to have in the line. Hell with how they are selling I can't see why he wouldn't be out in a later wave

I expect it to be in a later wave this year with the movie. Its a sweet looking figure!

Same here. I don't think they cancelled the figure; there is a 1:18 version of this figure coming out in the Avengers line. I would except this figure to either be in a later wave or a limited 6 inch Avengers line (much like Hasbro's limited Thor,Ironman, and Captain America 6 inch movie lines.)

Yep I kinda was thinking we may have an 6 Avengers line at WM announced at SDCC and he would be in it.

Agreed since it would be downright silly if they outright cancelled him especially how Marvel has been focusing on the Avengers for the past two years because of the movies

I love the sculpting on his back and his arms and legs. Need to paint it to know how cool this fig would look!
