When I found Prime I went early and thought omg I'm a half hour early so I said "F" it I will go and see if for some reason they changed the time from 10 to an earlier time..I hit the door noticing it was 9:30 the store now opens and went on in

 

There was no one around and that sucker sat there ripe for picking

I let you know what my boss told us on Sunday. In two weeks we will be opening our stores around 8:30 or 9. Sundays not to sure if it will still be at 10 or earlyer. I hope my job gets Prime tomorrow.

Hey guys, I read that going forward all MP will be pretty much be in scale with MP-10 Optimus, is the Rodimus MP-09 in scale with MP-10?

 

Just asking coz I'm looking at buying the TRU MP Rodimus from a friend.

Go to the 32:00 mark... He also compares Prime to Thundercracker and Grimlock...

 

MISB Rodimus goes for about $100 now so I would say that $60-$70 would be fair for a complete loose Rodimus...

I didn't think he was going to go up in price that quick... I think I got him for $80... He is now $250 plus on EBay... He is awesome but not worth that much...

Lousy Skywarp ruined it for us. Walmart didn't want to get stuck with all those figures and passed on everything else after. Now we're stuck with TRU getting a couple of figs and no chance of restocks.

Hey, PlayItLoud. Make sure you inspect Rodimus carefully; the US release has a fairly common problem with the arm(s) breaking off at the shoulder due to a defect.

Nah, keep checking. Optimus Prime is the most popular TF character ever. There's no logical reason why they'd be stocking Thundercracker so plentifully and short change us with OP. No guarantees of course, but I think you'll be rewarded if you're patient.

just picked prime up today, and with the 30% off deal on all transformers here in canada, got him for $79.07, that includes the $9.10 in taxes!!

 

they only had 2 on the shelf!! the one i left behind had a scratch on his face plate, the one i grabbed had a scuff on his trailer but that might rub off!!

 

and the guy there said no sign of thundercracker yet...good thing i grabbed him from the states already!!

 

i love having 2 toys r us within an hour drive(one in the states, one in canada), 1 within a 20 minute drive, and tru-express within a 10 minute drive!!

there is even a 5th one an hour and a half away, but i never go there unless im heading up to Toronto...like this weekend!!

But before I left the store I saw the 2 managers that already knows me (how could they not I'm always there every week) and they know I've been trying to hunt MP Optimus so they track a store that has a lot in stock and they were able to do a phone order for me store was from another state and here's hoping I get it delivered next week, shipping was free. I just checked my acct and I had been charged by the out of state store for 106.99 if it works cool if not I trust the managers in our TRU to get me my money back.
