No pictures of sets? I know that adult collectors are crazy for the mini-figures, but why isn't there the same love for Lego sets?

My guess is we will see plenty at Toy Fair. I will tell you if you look hard enough you can find pics of early protos of the sets on the net. I won't tell you were to find him since Lego has asked most sites to take them down.

Lego really need to sell army builder packs... They make a fortune from LOTR and Star Wars fans...

They actually did a decade ago with the Lego Sw figures. However, Hasbro intervened, claiming that the army builder packs were a breach of contract between Lucas Arts and Hasbro since they have an exclusive license to make action figures. That is what I remember reading years ago.

That does sound logical.

I guess Hasbro is scared that SW fans will spend all their money on army building Lego instead of their product...

More LOTR from German Toy Fair

Some pics from the German Toy Fair. Helms Deep looks very cool!

Yes it does.

What they need to do later is create expansion sets to length the walls of it.

Or have you buy multiple sets and combine... That seems to be the trend lately...

I would be in to doing that.
