Thanks Jahue, as soon as I read that someone found these in a Disney Store I hit my closest but only had Marvel Select.

Well even though it was delivered on Monday, and the damn address info cut out my name so that is why I didn't find it til today at work. She came in

I went by my local Toys R Us today and they had the Avengers display but it was filled a ton of 6" Iron Man wave 1 figures and some leftover Thor and Captain America products, very few Avengers stuff. The Avengers figures were mostly on the regular toy aisles along with a very lonely Klaw that's been there for ages.

I got a BT spidey in a disney store may decide not to keep it and probably would be willing to trade it for a Thor, If I decide on this course of action I would let you guys know so we can work something out. I'm gonna sleep on it.

I have that one I want the normal one from wave one since I have never seen it in stores. A couple of things first I live in Puerto Rico so whoever I make the trade with has to be willing to ship here, also the figure is carded but has a very small bend on a corner.
