Pixel Dan's Toy Collection

I mean no offense to Dan... but I would say 80% of the stuff we saw were items that I don't collect. He doesn't even have any of the greatest toyline of all time: GiJoe! He was missing most of the best toylines IMO

If I ever built a display like that, it would be all GiJoe, Marvel Legends, Marvel Universe, MASK, COPS, Thundercats, Silverhawks, TMNT, MOTU, etc...

I think we all wish for a basement... Only northern states right?

One year I had my comics in the long boxes in our basement.Well we had a bad storma and flooded the basement.I lost about 90% of my comics..That is the only drawback but today I would do like Dan did and raise the items off the floor

I don't know where Dan lives but I would advise raising the shelves higher. It looked like he has the shelves maybe about 3 inches because of water and I've had water in my basement before and it can range from 1 to 12 inches of water depending on much it rains. Most cases of a flooded basement is because the power goes out and the sub-pump overflows...

I've often thought that I wouldn't display anything at floor level simply because you can't see it very well. I understand that space is usually the issue to blame, but in an ideal situation, the lowest I would display anything in a room would probably be at waist-level, and even then it wouldn't be larger figures, vehicles, and/or playsets. You just don't want to crawl around in someone's floor to see everything. (lol)
