I read apost on Seibertron saying that exact price personally I have better things to spend $300 on than a knockoff I just put it up to inform anyone that wants one or cares about knockoffs

I didnt know you were that big of a TF fan... I am jealous now... He is the one mold I want the most since I also missed out on Brave Max... Hopefully a KO announcement means that an official one is soon to follow...

I have an extensive collection of G1 stuff. I have 2 Trypticons and 1 Gigastorm, 2 Omega Supreme's and 1 Metroplex and Scorponok. I love only the G1 stuff and the classics out of the respect to G1 stylings and the action masters for the robot forms that look like the cartoon. I don't collect that much anymore because the TF universe like with GI JOE is boring right now and I can't relate.

People would be surprised at the stuff I have, at one time I collect heavy from my favorite 80's lines. I have tons of GI Joe and Transformers stuff so much that I have my stuff at my apartment, my mom's basement, a storage unit and my brothers apartment. As far as Transformers go I love mainly G1, the new stuff just isn't all that good to me at all. I can't stand the standard lines and the movie figs are disgusting to me.

Yup, that is why I bought it, because it used the original mold with only the horn upgrade.

so the Horn's the only real difference? well I guess if I can't finfd Trypticon Gigastorm would be a good substitute

I do the classics and have most of them. As for the Masterpiece stuff I only have Prime. I was going to get megs not that long ago but I heard the QC on it was terrible, easily broken joints and lots of plastic so I opted for the Revoltech Prime and Megatron.

 

I don't do the Henkei stuff because its too expensive and I missed on the Alternators, but that line was strictly cars and trucks right?

It is basically the same thing but Trypticon is so cheap that you can pick him up for a decent price now or that last time I looked. Gigastorm does not come with all the pieces that the original Trypticon came with, so if you want all those little towers and stuff go with the original, if you just want a decent base then Gigastorm is fine, though I admit Gigastorm is very expensive now, sort of like the Korean Fort Max, both were cheap when they first came out, now prices are insane and neither are the original figure. Last time I looked Gigastorm was worth in most cases more than Trypticon.

Yeah... They were strictly cars and trucks... I recommend tracking down a few...

Easy pass for me. It's misleading and will cause confusion to collectors. In the long run, someone will get hurt by paying high price and thinking it's authentic. Therefore, I don't support exact replica KO G1!
