Voltron Force Episode Discussion

Recommended Posts

I have no beef with any of the kids. Vince is the technomage, and my favorite. Lormina has no interest in piloting, so she does the ground fighting. Daniel makes up for lack of skill with eagerness.

But he did step on Keith's line when he said "And I'll form the Head" that one time. Who does this kid think he is?

Anyway, it seems obvious there'll be separate Voltron Lions sold for each of the different Centers. If they do separate size-class lions, I'm gonna buy Black Arm, Black Leg, Red Torso, Red Arm, Green Arm, Blue Leg, Yellow Torso, and Yellow Leg.

Figured out my two favorite configurations?

This most recent episode was my favorite, because it showed off all of the latest improvements to the Voltron Force: Flash Form, Red Center, Yellow Center, and Blue Center. Then they teased us a third time with Green Center. It better turn out to be incredible.

EDIT: BTW, good move pinning this thread!

That sounds a lot like what I do, 'Jack! I know the HUB plays classic GIJoe, Transformers, and Jem; but where are Gadget, He-Man, and She-Ra?

Also, what do you like about the Voltron Force cartoon? I'm digging the subtle references to the other versions of the story.

There are two TV stations here in the Tampa area the play these toons

A Lakeland station plays Inspector Gadget on weekday mornings at 8am and She-Ra and He-Man are on a station called Rerto TV they also play Brve Starr and the Ghostbusters(not the real ones)

I also DVR Fat Albert and The Archie toons from the 70's but I watch them on another night :P

What I like? Hmm I guess its Voltron thats what I like

So does this take place after the original series? How does continuity work in the series?
It's definitely a sequel. When the show begins, Zarkon and Haggar are dead and Voltron kills Lotor. When they return to Arus for their victory celebration, the Lions go nuts and are decommissioned by Wade. I think it's obvious that he made them act out, but it remains unconfirmed.

What I can't tell is how Third Dimension fits in (or doesn't).

The continuity within the series is incredibly tight. I recommend watching all 13 episodes in order. It's a real treat.
