What's it like not knowing about the awful, awful Maury Povich show. I think the man should be in jail.

Yeah...I've seen it unfortunately. I have to tell ya, it always broke my heart to see how these people typically treated each other; the distraught mother would either be crying or completely trashing the potential baby-daddy, or both, and the so-called fathers would be trashing the mothers or vehemently denying being the father of the babies in such rude, ugly ways. And I know that these people are probably not leading the best life, as CLAM alluded to, and they're reaping what they sow, but man...so sad that in the middle of all the brow-beating, denial, name-calling and hurt-feelings are little innocent children being brought into this world, and there's Maury Povich, capitalizing on all that negativity and sadness for ratings. I had to quit watching it because to me it was heart-wrenching, even moreson since I've become a father myself. In Povich's defense though, these people agree to appear on his show, and they're the ones that created the situations they're in. It's just a sad mess all the way around.
