What the hell ever happened to City Strike Scarlett?

Unfortunately this figure was canceled. There were a limited number with Hasbro Markups that made it on to e-bay. Even with Hasbro's recent change to stick with the current POC line that figure in that form will never be released because the head was modeled after Rachel Nichols. I am hoping though that with Hasbro's about face we will see the figure with a new head (even if the body is just a repainted version of the Resolute Scarlett body). The accessories and the paint scheme made for what looked to be (IMO)one of the best Scarletts produced to date.

Bits and pieces of the figure did eventually come out. The Resolute version of Scarlett shares the same torso as the CS Scarlett.

 

As near as I can tell, maybe 12 - 18 were produced and made it out of China. Mine is below. If anyone has one here, lmk so I can add to the count.

TM, those are test shot markings. This is common on samples that make their way out of the factory. Push comes to shove, I can always replace the head, but the test shot markings are part of what makes it special. You are right though, it does make the figure ugly.

Damn, oh well...maybe her acccessories will make it in some other way. The body looked like the reactive armor with Helix's boots so I was not messed up about that.
