The Python Patrol ruins it though.

 

They always looked like a 3 year old painted them and they STILL look like a 3 year old painted them. Black pants, primer gray booties, and a lime green and yellow combo to create a snake pattern? Just WHAT environment is this ideal for?

Yeah, it kinda looks cool altogether... but definitely not worth 300 bucks..

 

and I agree, Python Patrol wasn't the way to go. We all know they only included them because Hasbro had already planned/possibly produced those two figures. But they aren't really that interesting to me..

The 2003 Toys R Us exclusive set had the better idea for it, with the pattern being like the vehicles with the Dark Red pattern over a black uniform. If this set was maybe only $150..I'd consider getting it because of the Joes, but it's going to be another Con set I pass on.

i kinda wanted scarlet...and then i saw it wasn't scarlet. i still wouldn't mind getting that uni for my scarlet tho. other than that, way too pricey for me.

Funny as it may sound, I would willingly spend $20-$25 a figure, just to get the ones I WANT, but I would refuse spending $300-$355 to get 15 figures, of which half of them I DON'T want.

it def went up from last yr thats for sure. the set in not that great i mean they could of made one of the best leathernecks ever and failed.

man.. I think the package was like 150 when I went in 2003.. I know the bagged sets were something like 90
