Christmas lights UP in STORES before Halloween is over? Every year.

Christmas lights up on people's houses before Halloween is unusual, but I have seen it from time to time.

I'm just glad I live in a neighborhood that has a few houses that decorate for Halloween. I hadn't seen that since I last visited family in Dubuque, Iowa. They go all out for EVERY holiday up there, including Thanksgiving.

It is normal b/c there are lazy people that don't take them down or disconnect them all year. It's rare but i've seen it.
