I liked last night's episode, and the "suspenseful/horror" tone that it had. I also like that they had that Mal guy, wearing Superboy's original suit. It would've been cooler if instead, they had Conner wearing the suit-- even if it was just for this Halloween episode.

Shame we didn't get Able from House of Secrets instead of a store named after him. I did like Marvin getting scared by Marvin the Martian from Looney Tunes.

Satuday March 3rd there is a new YJ episode.It looks loike CN moved YL to satuday morning along with the new GL toon and Ben 10

I'm hating Cartoon Network more and more with these time moves.

I thought at first,this episode was going to be a re-hashed version of the JLU episode in which all the adults disappeared.

I thought at first,this episode was going to be a re-hashed version of the JLU episode in which all the adults disappeared.

To be fair, the "Planet of the Children" plot is well trod ground, but I love the little top-spin with the same thing occuring on a parallel plane, except with the children disappearing. Cap's role was also a nice touch. They even shed some light on the whole "is Captain Marvel a kid in a man's body or a kid turned into a man" question. The best part had to be the Zatanna/Zatara/Fate triangle though.

 

Absolutely one of their better efforts.

 

Here's hoping we get a few more like this before CN takes it off again for reruns of Adventure Show or Regular Time or some crap...

Is that the Kid Flash from eBay? I thought about purchasing one but I'm content to wait it out for the one with all the extra goodies. I have a problem with buying these loose prototype things early instead of just waiting for the much better release later. I'm waiting it out. Nice Flash repaint there with Wally. Did you just paint over the nose or did you customize the rest of it as well. I can't really tell in the pic.

Anyone catch the episode this morning? I thought it was all right. Nothing amazing, but not bad at all, either. If you're a Kid Flash fan, it was probably great. So who's a sixth cold villain that could be behind the big machines?

So what's the deal? Are they taking Kid Flash, Artemis and Magician Girl off the show in the second season? Dumb move by DC if so.
