So everyone gets an updated weapon but Keldor?...

Is that a new King Grayskull?...

I take the Chief over Grizzlor... He looks kind of goofy...

Don't be nice, Dragon...."kind of" is an understatement!

thats why i prefer sculpted fur then this bush. lol lol for the alf quote, so true.

sculpted is DEFINITELY the way to go! i understand the vintage theme, but c'mon! that "man wig" is just too much "vintage" for my taste.

One of the MOTUC's images shown has a card next to king Randor and on the card was the following info:

August: whiplash & Trapjaw

September: Chief Carnivus & Gygor

October: Roboto

November: Grizzlor & King Grayskull

December: Buzz-Off

January: Bow

February: Vikor

March: King Hsss

So looks like I'm getting Bow & King Hsss in my 2011 Sub. Not sure who this Vikor is, heard he was a concept figure of He-Man.

Wheeljack Bow is from the She-Ra cartoon he's a good guy. Vikor I have heard was a concept of what He-man was originally to look like. The drawing of Vikor I saw on mattys facebook page made him look like Conan.

The only way I'd get Grizzlor is if he came with the drill in the eye. Why does he have to come with real fur?

Well I love the real fur but hate the SKIRT! I know it's supposed to make him look more "savage" like he's from some aboriginal tribe,... really a bone embroidered skirt? That's pretty sad. If i got this figure i'd just cut off the skirt and problem solved.

The "skirt" (loincloth) is removable. In fact, he comes packaged without it to appear more like the vintage figure (check the carded pics).

yeah whats bad about the skirt is that it sticks out above the fur ... if it was under the fur.... wouldn't be able to see it ... but it would work better ... I'm very glad to hear that its an option & comes packaged with out it ! Now if they can just put out news of a dark furred version!!!!!!!!!!!! So is this it for sdcc mattel news ?... We get to only see ONE new figure & then a list of 6 new ones ?! Got to say for sdcc that is pretty disappointing...

I'm also not going to use the swords that come with grizlor ... I don't ever recall him using them... I will however have him use the bow gun thing

No dude. Today was just the first day. :P The Mattel panel will be tomorrow at 1pm (Pacific, I assume), and that's when all the good stuff will be revealed. =)

Ya man, formula for SDCC (in terms of Marvel/DC/Motuc toys) is generally like this:

Wednesday night - Seeing production samples, maybe a surprise here and there

Thursday - pretty much nothing, except better pics of wednesday's stuff

Friday - All the good stuff. Slideshows of new reveals, lots of info, etc, plus more pics of the slide reveals on the floor.

Saturday/Sunday - Kinda uneventful, more pics of stuff we've already seen.

In other words, tomorrows what everyones excited about.
