If this is ture then I would like to get Minewipe. He will be the second Decepticon Headmaster that I would have the first one that I have right now is Snapdragon. For the Autobots the only Headmaster I have is Hardhead.

Always great to hear about new reissues even though I already have the Insecticons and Predaking. I'm just about all out of hope of ever getting that Sunstreaker reissue though. Been waiting since 2001 every time they announce it and nothing yet...

That is because the mode for Sunstreaker,Mirage and Wheeljack all have become dust. I had hear they had found the modes for them but they where so bad that the min. they touch them they turn into dust. As for the Dinobots I hear they can't fine them they may have turn into dust as well.

I don't remember those molds ever being reported broken I know beast wars insecticon's mold crumbled and the Dinobots but I never heard of Wheeljack and the other's molds breaking do you have a link to this by any chance?

Yes I have heard rumors to that affect, however reverse-engineering is one big possibility they could use, and could have done that already had they moved on it. I heard the molds were damaged, but making new molds could actually happen.

What the heck do they make these molds out of that cause them "turn into dust"?

I read some years ago that they typically use copper or steel for the actual molds, but don't quote me on that. Copper is weaker and good for so many casts and steel has a higher production rate. Not sure why they would turn to dust unless they were sitting in corrosive chemicals or something.

I hear of this a few years ago so I don't have a link to where I have hear of the moldes no good. Also I want to make a correction to my Headmaster figures. I don't have Snapedragon but I do have Skullcrucher.

"Crumble to dust" is a bit of an over statement.

But rep's from Has/Tak have stated, at different convention panels, that the molds for some of those figures were "lost/damaged" beyond a cost effective way to repair/replace.

BBTS just hiked up the price... They better honor my original pre-order price...

Wow!! They sure are asking a lot for Predaking. I think I only paid 100.00 for him the first time they reissued him.
