I did although I had it already(bought at retail thank God) but the QC was lacking so I thought "why not" on another set...got JLU Lobo also.

This set is still available a day after Matty put it up for sale which probably means by their crazy standards that its a complete failure or as they'll put it, "there's not enough fan support to keep selling entire waves like this." Matty's biggest nightmare is to be caught holding onto stock for longer than five minutes.

 

I bit the bullet and ordered a set. I only needed Eradicator and honestly all I ever wanted was Metallo's arm but I've seen that arm go for almost as much as this whole wave so I figured I may as well get the figures too. Ordering was a horrible experience. I walked away from the Masters of the Universe line because of the ridiculous hoops Matty demanded of their costumers to buy their lousy figures.

I noticed a lot of negs on several folks in this thread.

 

It only reflects poorly on yourself when you neg another poster guys. Especially in light of a bunch of folks on a TOY message board being butthurt over somebody else getting TOYS you want, but for whatever reason are incapable of obtaining. Seriously. Instead of being an internet feminine hygiene aid, perhaps you should get a second job to afford your hobby. @hmmm@

my set of 5 came in on Friday. I gotta say I was really impressed w/ the shipping speed as I selected UPS ground on Tuesday. Was my first dealing w/ Matty and while it was a pain at 10 til 11 (central) I was able to get what I wanted. The figs were in awesome condition and only one had a slight bend on the card but since i open, it didn't matter much. That said, have an extra Riddler & Metallo torso if anyone needs one or both. As for the series itself....very comparable to the feeling of the Marvel Legends Holocaust wave. So very elusive, so insanely expensive and then.....when I finally got them in my hands upon the re-release, I couldn't help but feel underwhelmed. Riddler is fun but I already had that one and Eradicator is pretty cool I guess but the other 3 and even Metallo are just lacking IMO. I'm pretty new to DCUC so I'm playing catch up but I've been a collector for a looooong time of several other lines. Anyway, kudos to Mattel for giving us a shot at picking these up and hell, for less than retail by today's standards (after tax, gas, etc)

The reputation system is added so that ppl can ignore those with negative pointz

 

They are used to skip over the troll post, but the irony, is that the reputation thingy can be used as a tool for trolls to make ppl angry

Hoping that Matty/DR haven't had yet another major foul-up in their ordering system. Especially since the wave is now sold out. @hmmm@
