I would love to see a box set with Flash, Luthor, Scarecrow, Atom, Mera, etc. I would want a regular colored Mera first, though. As far as other Green Lantern characters, I'm very suprised there hasn't been a DCUC Black Hand yet, since they made one so early on in DCIH and he was one of the main characters in Blackest Night, if not the main character.

 

This kinda surprises me too! I was thinking the same thing when I ran across one of the crappers at Target a few days ago!

If they order these in the same quantities as the Gotham set, I don't forsee any problems finding a set. The higher pricetag scares off scalpers who think they might not be able to flip them fast enough for a profit.

 

Nah, see these have something the Gotham set didn't, unlimited use for GL customs, just pop off the heads and pop on another, yeah, these better be in the same numbers or better, other wise there gonna be even more complants from DCUC people

dang it pooda. I looked at the picture and thought that he looked perfect, but since your comment all I can see is this little guy in a huge vest. way to ruin it. It's like that one How I met your mother episode. You have shattered the dream and revealed the flaw

I don't like Guy's head sculpt at all. I'm sure it correctly matches some art (probably older stuff from 80s or 90s), but I don't like it. Looks goofy.

 

That said, I'll probably still buy that set.

I do think the vest is a bit inflated and overall, the figure does not look as proportionate or as nicely sculpted as the two-up prototype displayed at Toy Fair. Having said that, I see nothing wrong enough with this figure to keep me from wanting it. I suspect that once we all have this one in person, a lot of people are going to find it a perfectly satisfactory figure.

 

I predict the bigger problem is going to be that Sinestro. A Sinestro head on a Hal body...??? Ouch!

OMG, I just saw all 5 of these in Toy Fare magazine and they all SUCK!!! Guy is actually the best looking of the bunch. Sinestro's head is way to small for the body they used. Looks like that guy who gets his head shrunk at then end of Bettlejuice. Hall looks like crap as well and the paint apps are terrible. I won't have to worry about finding these thankfully.

Got the TF today. They really aren't impressive a lot but they are all still decent enough. I think John looks bigger than he is because of the way the poised his arms in the picture. Also the more I look at guy I must agree, he looks silly and cartoony....even in TF. The issues with this assortment don't really bother, flaws or no flaws, my main problem is the fact that its a Walmart exclusive.

Hey everyone,

 

Wow, Unbelievable... well i was excited for Guy but i'm not so sure now. Sinestro looks exactly how they described him (not good). I actually was curious about Jon but they sure did screw up his costume. I don't ever remember his sybmol being that huge. I remember it more like Katma Tui's figure. Hal seems to be ok, there's not much to do with him. Tomar re looks ok but why is his costume a different shade. SOMEBODY TELL ME WHY ALL MY GREEN LANTERNS ARE DOOMED TO HAVE CLOSED HANDS!!!
