My favorite episode was Sink the Montana. Lots of nice flashback stuff and it showed how far a man will go to protect what he loved.

"Joe's Night Out"

 

Every episode of G.I. Joe had hilariously outlandish stories. But this episode probably more so than any other. While I was still trying to get my head around the fact that the Joes went out clubbin' in full military issue, all the sudden the nightclub turns out to be a rocket and gets blasted into space. Wetsuit had a spacesuit made out of grabage bags, and Leatherneck apparently went to a Night Club so that he could play video games. It was just pure over the top ridiculousness at its most fun.

Arise Serpentor, Arise.

 

Introduced new characters. Developed them. And it provided the order of command with Hawk at the top and then Duke then Flint then Beachhead if I remember correctly. Plus the fight between Slaughter and the entire Joe team was funny.

My favorite was Arise, Serpentor, Arise miniseries. I vividly remember the introduction of new characters. I was a slave to 80s cartoons marketing new toys. So any chance I got to see more characters really gave me an excuse to find more toys.

I was a fly by night fan in saeson one and I was stupid because at that point when I first watched it I thought it was about Joe Colton the GI Joe 12" figure from when I was a kid.So after a while and dismayed by Season 3of the Transformers this seasom with

Serpantor grew on me because he reminded me of Megatron in a way and Serpantor and Cobra Commander relationship was similiar to that of Megatron and Starcream who a few months before was killed off in the movie.I was seeing that relationship in GI Joe

 

 

OBTW I picked up Season 1.3 today to be updated for the release of Season 2
