Legacy Collection Millennium Falcon BMF

So the Falcon came and went and probably went down as the best Star Wars Vehicle hands down (next to the Naboo Starship) but now it's nowhere to be found (out of stock). Is this going to be released again? what do you guys think? My guess was that it would be released again once the AT AT comes out but with Hasbro who knows. I know it was not released as a 'limited edition' vehicle. What's your take on it?

After the initial run at all retailers it went to a TRU exclusive in the newer Clone Wars'ish packaging. Mine still has a couple. Even if yours is out, it will be around again; Hasbro didn't spend all the money on a completely new re-tool to release it once.

Wait. What? Your comic shop owner... didn't know who Stan Lee was? How. Is. That. Possible? Is the shop purely a business to him? Yow.

gotta love that discount!

I don't see why Hasbro would not want to release it again, the price was a bit high but it was worth it.

You don't see why they wouldn't want to release it again? It was big and, as you said, expensive. Around here it was a shelf warmer, even at 30% off.

Walmart bought a ton of these from Hasbro for Christmas 08.Walmarts price was $149.00.A couple Walmarts around my area had them on rollback for $99.00 a couple weeks before Christmas to move them.I paid $63.00 for it on clearance at my local Walmart in Jan 09.It seemed to sell decent at all the big box stores in my area before clearance.Doubt we will see it again unless it becomes a retailer exclusive.

  • 4 weeks later...

I just missed getting one for a good price at the dixon walmart in california. Good thing too, it would have been hell trying to take that huge box back to Chicago. Hope they do release it again.
