New Tonner DC Stars

There are new HOT DC Stars Tonner dolls coming our way. Power Girl and Harley are first. These dolls use the 17 inch, athletic (Lara Croft) body. So this Harley is bigger than the previous Harleys that Tonner made. In the new Tomarts magazine, there is a photo of the new Huntress figure too. She's wearing the Jim Lee outfit. In the Tonner article, there is a photo of the Tonner workroom and there is a male figure, with his back to the camera, wearing Hawkman's costume! He must be coming soon. He is in the smaller scale, so he'll be in scale to the Hawkgirl that Tonner already made.

Is there anyone collecting TOnner DC series here? Powergirl looks a lot better than the DCD 13" ver but the price for the Tonner dolls are not cheap.

I want to collect these figure. However, I'm sticking to the DC Direct 1/6 Scale figures. I don't have the resources to collect both. Sure would be nice to see these Tonner figures up close. Never see these figures for sale at comic book stores or even doll shows.

I have pretty much decided I'm not collecting the DCDirect 1/6 figures anymore. Their female figures are ugly with a capital U. The Wonder Woman was a deal breaker for me. Her face is ugly and her breasts are gross. The upcoming Catwoman in the purple outfit has breasts coming out of her neck. The Tonner dolls, on the other hand, are attractive and not that much more expensive than the DC one were. I am a bit put off by the new larger size scale that Tonner is using, but I like their character choices.
