Zelda for Snes is where its at I tell ya!

 

Zelda: Ocarina of Time on the N64 was the best Zelda ever, IMO.

 

If you haven't played it, you should see if you can find a N64 emulator and play it, Synch.

Yeah most people are aholes if you just try and join random games I only really enjoy playing with JJ since he is the only one on there I know lol! Plus I honestly just don't like having to talk to random strangers or listen to there cra*! Honestly I find it kind of weird talking to people I do know from tni the odd time someone is playing with jj haha

 

The worst is when you get younger kids in games (like 10-15 range), and they think it's cool to drop the f-bomb left and right, or they #@$#@ and whine like little babies when they're losing.

 

COD is horrible for that.

i especially love it when some that are younger than that get on and just sing or rap some random dirty songs and have no idea what they are actually saying. They just sit there and go on and on even when people are just saying please be quiet. That is an example of why i dont like playing with random people online. I love it when i get a good mix of people that are just there to have fun and dont get too crazy competitive and just enjoy themselves. Sadly that is a rarity in online gaming. Everyone has to be competitive and win that match.

Haha yes that would be perfect! But only if they had it so you could report it if a kid was playing in the "adult " section lol! In most cases its the kids who set up the systems & a kid may not always be trusted to mark the I am "blank years old" check box LOL

how are you suppose to get the bioshock Research PhD achievement ?.. I've gotten all the research achievements there are on the list & still don't have it :S

Nintendo needs to hurry up and release a new Zelda... I bet the Wii Motion Plus will make it a whole new experience...

Man I havent beaten a zelda since majoras mask. I have every release since then, I just havent completed them. Minnish cap, phantom hourglass, spirit tracks, twighlight princess, and uh...the cell shaded GC one, I forget the name.

 

I just get stuck and dont finish them @hmmm@

With out a control that type of game is hell to play on a keyboard :S Nintendo & nes are just like what ?.. two buttons & the arrow keys lol

King's Quest series were freaking awesome... I dont understand why they not rereleasing them on the DS...

Thanks for the info... I never understood this... If Activision is going to let KQ die why not let fans create unofficial products... A lot of times old products gets rejuvenated this way...

Fan projects can be insane! somewhere out there was a 3d, beautiful Chrono trigger remake, in till square stopped it. As long as they are not making profit off of the remake, I don't see how it's any different than making a custom action figure or fanfiction stories. It should fall under free speech.

There is a rumor that Activision wants to sell the Sierra portion and I am guessing that they are no longer letting fans producin fangames cause it would hurt the IP. One of the main reasons videogame companies do not like fanmade since they want to protect their IP and do not let it fall in public domain. From have I have gathered, it is different than someone making a fan video of star wars or a fanmade toy; I think the difference is that a fanmade game is made like a real game where fan movies are short trailers and fan toys are few.

Playing through army two tfd again to get some more achievements... might get the dlc for it i dunno. Its kinda cheap that they ALREADY have dlc out for it. The game was short enough that they could have just put the new levels in... but nooooo

 

I was gonna buy a new game but thought, why spend 50-60 bucks on a new game when i can get a bunch of older ones i haven't had the chance to play yet!

I got Rise of the Argonauts, which i started and am enjoying so far. my only complaints are the graphics, but hey i've seen worse. The combat can be annoying sometimes to. also got Dark Sector, Wolfenstein, Way of the Samurai 3, and Fracture. Haven't played any of these yet but they all look fun!

 

Anyone else play the demo for the new dynasty warriors? I though it was pretty neat and am looking forward to playing the full version. I used to love DW 3-4 (?) on the ps2. DW 6 kinda pissed me off when they switched up all the characters weapons and fighting style and the subtle changes they made to combat made it unplayable for me at the time.
