Blockbuster Value Packs!

Well if any of you know guys hang in the DCUC section, you know I finally gave up that line because the price for these figures was getting out of hand!! Never got into the Marvel U figures because of this!! And well I gave up on Star Wars as well. Basically, I've been priced out of collecting!!

 

Now that said, I ended up picking up 3 2 packs today, and will look for some more! Who else is making out like a champ with these guys?? If not, do you already have the figures the respective stores bundled up??

 

Cool thing about 1 of the 2 packs, is that they bundled up the new Nien Numb and Nikto with Gun!! I think that's a farely new release, and I got it as a 2 pack!! LOL!! Got Han and Luke Stormtrooper and Amidala and Clegg Somebody!! Cool thing is I actually picked up OT figures, something I haven't done in years!!

 

Anyhow who else is picking these up, and what 2 packs have you found out there, and where??

All the ones that I have seen have either had a figure I already have or one that I don't want. I did get a Transformers Crossovers one though.

I put these out at my store a few weeks ago they would be cool if the had figures or Transformers I allready have

I got a Nikto gunner with Ewoks, Stormtrooper Han with an Evo Trooper and the 2nd Ugnaught with Boba Fett.

Just stopped by a Wal Mart that I knew had these guys way back when, just never picked them up. Well I got Stass Allie and General Grievous, and Medical Droid and Commander Faie, all ROTS, but still ok. Before they go away, hopefully they put out some more combos!! Looking for Garagan to be in one of those 2 packs probably, her, Owen, and Senator Organa's wifey!!

I passed because I was in a bad mood the day I saw them (yes, this has an impact on my collecting at times!) and I have been kicking myself ever since!

I saw a bunch of these at Target on Thursday. I went back on Sunday and saw about 3 pegs worth with the cards damaged because someone had taken the sticker off it. At first I thought it was just a collector or parent that broke them up to get the figure that they wanted. But then I realized that I was at the one Target in town that was notorious for crappy clearance prices and was generally not as clean as the other Targets in the area since the new manager came in. So now I'm wondering if the figures were intentionally broken up to increase profit.

The clearance prices are up to Mineapolis not the store mgr

How are some things on clearance on one store and not at another less than 5 miles away? This store is also void of shelf tags so I think it's very sloppy management. This store has definitely turned into a pile since the new manager got there.

Well, the DCPI for the Blockbuster two packs rings up the same as an individual Legacy figure. What you saw was someone buying up and then returning the ones they didn't want. Effectively getting a figure completely for free. Or using old Target receipts and returning everything for profit.

They can scan it for you Just explain that you seen it at another Target for a cheaper price

Sweet! Will this work for the X-Wing since it has shown up on clearance in other cities?
