Air Raid = Airborne

I picked up the Sky Sweeper and noticed that Air Raid's file name is the same as Airbornes. Just like with Bench Press. Is Hasbro getting lazy in the names department?

It's hard to say exactly what is going through thier heads. Rollbar is a straight up repaint of the 25th Airbourne figure yet Air Raid (who looks like Barrelroll to me) got Airbourne's file name. They could just be mixing it up but, my best guess is that it's a proof reading problem which Hasbro has been guilty of before. Quick examples off the top of my head are figure stands for Short Fuze and the G.I. Joe troopers are both mispelled.

 

I may have grammar and spelling mistakes in my posts, but if I was releasing mass product to retail you better believe I'd triple check every little detail like that before going to production.

 

Those examples I pointed out could simply be a factory error, and in no way Hasbro's fault, I have no way to know for sure what went down.

Making Air Raid out of Airborne is ridiculous when you're going to be releasing the proper mold in another vehicle in the same wave. Just switch the figures and it would've looked just the same.

Oh, that really sucks. Jesus Hasbro, you can't come up with TWO random civie names? Airborne didn't bother me so much, but rock n roll is one of my all time faves.
