I love this series but I have had to stop getting each figure. Only the figures I really, really like and / or ones from the Super Powers canon. To get Darkseid though, I have to get this whole set. I guess some will be loose on eBay when I am done collecting/connecting.

Got my shipping notice today, which is a relief since my stuff has been sitting in the warehouse since last week. Anyone else notice BBTS getting kind of slow on shipping stuff out lately?

Don't feel bad, a few waves have been like this for me.

 

However I'm going to start selling off Loosies with Wave 12. Really don't like Marvel Marvel and some others. Although I may be surprised. I was expecting to hate Shark, and he's a great dumb fun figure. Humanoid shark that decides to dress up like a ninny.

Does anyone know if this wave will be available from Mattycollector the same way Wave 11 was? If so, any idea on when?

 

Buying Wave 11 off of Mattycollector worked out perfectly for me so I'd like to get Wave 12 the same way.

I saw on Facebook a week or two ago that Matty had supposedly said wave 12 will be available in February on Mattycollector. I did not see the original post from Matty, just a mention from someone else there.

 

I also saw on Facebook a post that someone found wave 12 at a Wal-Mart in the Chicago area, so they're apparently starting to hit retail as well.

Well UPS finally delivered mine today.

 

I have to say, I am 50/50 on the new packages. The front is pretty and works for the celebration, but I HATE the backs. It is setup more like the Greatest Heroes with a big bio, redundant large figure image, smaller wave images, but NO clues as to which figure comes with which C&C parts. Not even on the sides of the blister. BAD MOVE!

In the gallery on the front it shows COMING SOON Blue BEETLE, and not announced Zatanna, Vixen, Martian Manhunter, Ultra Humanite, bearded Spectre, and Two-Face (not done singly). Possible hint?

The pins are a waste to me. I won't wear them, and they are only fractions of comic covers.

 

I've only opened Copperhead and Dr. Mid-nite so far.

 

Copperhead is nice. Most joints move smoothly, but the shoulders are stiff and seem to have a ratchet in there. He comes with Darkseids head & pelvis. both look fine, but for once I wish he had the old Super Powers light effect.

 

Dr. Mid-nite is pretty kool. most joints are smooth except left knee and right swivel under the leg cuff are real loose. A nice surprise is Hooty's head swivels.

He comes with Darkseids left arm.

 

Also what is Mary Marvels current costume, red or white?

Just opened a red Mary. She seems OK. Unfortunatly both legs are bowed because of the packaging.

 

Started to put Darkseid together. Nearly had a hernia tying to put the head on. I've seen posts were his pelvis is loose and falls out. Mine went in and stays with minimal effort. A nice surprise was the motherbox on the back of his belt.

Completely agree with you on the back of the packaging not really feeling it. Awesome discovery on Hooty's head I never even bothered checking it out. Not sure of Mary's current costume I just opened the white one just to give contrast to Black Adam and Capt Marvel figures (now I wish they make her black costume bad girl look as well).
